1, variable volume steady current compensation system

The inlet compensation amount and outlet pressure retention amount of the equipment will change according to the change of water flow.

When the flow rate is small: the compensation tank and the pressure holding tank are connected to the water, and the water holding pressure is doubled;

When the flow rate is medium, the compensation tank and the pressure holding tank are independent, the compensation tank is the inlet compensation, and the pressure holding tank is the outlet water pressure holding;

At large flow: the compensation tank and the pressure holding tank are connected to the water inlet, and the compensation amount of the water inlet is doubled.

 

2, defensive negative pressure suppression technology

The equipment is designed with double protection in negative pressure protection and negative pressure elimination.

When inlet pressure is unstable or insufficient, energy storage through gas pressure and the inherent expansion and contraction of food grade capsules

The force acts to fill the inlet pressure to achieve the effect of preventing and eliminating the relative negative pressure in advance. At zero pressure of water supply,

The food grade capsules have been fully compensated to prevent negative pressure by means of automatic aeration.

 

3, intelligent auxiliary control technology

The device is configured with dual-controller systems to implement hot backup redundancy and bidirectional information backup.

Under normal circumstances:

Main system control logic operation, auxiliary system data backup and communication;

In case of main system failure:

Millisecond switching auxiliary system control logic operation, and local and remote alarm.

 

4, intelligent transformer control technology

The equipment adopts the unique control algorithm of constant pressure and variable pressure combination. According to the change of high and low peak flow rate, the effect of constant pressure at the end of the equipment is achieved by means of pump curve calculation, intelligent adjustment of the transformer gradient, flow fitting, deviation calibration, etc., which greatly reduces energy consumption and improves the user's voltage regulation experience.

 

The sixth-generation NFWG intelligent non-negative pressure water supply equipment can directly draw water from the municipal pipe network. When the equipment is working, it can eliminate the influence of suction distance generated by the pump during operation on the water supply pressure of the municipal pipe network through the combined function of variable frequency voltage control, steady current compensation and negative pressure suppression. The fully sealed tank structure separates the contact with the air, completely avoids the secondary pollution of the water quality, the residual pressure of the municipal water supply is superimposed for the use of the effluent head, the pump only supplements the given water pressure and the insufficient residual pressure, and the energy saving effect is obvious.
